In addition to the functions, duties and rights mentioned in the Act, the other functions, duties and rights of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Submitting suggestions to the Government of Nepal to determine a policy to encourage farmers to replace tobacco cultivation with other cultivations,
(B) To coordinate and consult with the relevant agencies regarding the control and regulation of tobacco products,
(c) To manage and operate the amount collected in the health tax fund,
(d) Forming sub-committees as necessary to conduct the work of the committee in an official manner,
(e) To monitor whether the provisions of the Act and this regulation have been implemented or not.
